Investigative research tooling that compiles a profile from free, publicly accessible sources — and shows its work for every single value.

This is not a public lookup service. There is no search box on this page. Access is granted through the terms below: you read them, accept them, and the console is yours. Every query is attributed to an account and logged, which is how misuse is traced.

What it does

One sweep queries 87 collectors across 14 source families — courts and dockets, federal filings, business registries, professional licensing, government open data, scholarly publications, public platform profiles, news archives, board seats and memberships, and county-level records discovered for the target area at run time. It links what it finds into distinct people and ranks them.

Use it

Read the licence and the acceptable use policy, confirm you have a lawful purpose, and you can run a sweep. There is no sales call and no trial form — the terms are the gate.

What it will not do: help you find someone who is avoiding you, or feed a decision about employment, credit, housing or insurance. Those are refused in the terms and enforced in the tool.

How it differs

Nothing is unsourced. Every value carries the URL it came from, the time it was retrieved, and a confidence score.
It produces a chronology, not a pile of links. Every date a source actually carries becomes a dated line — filed, published, registered, appointed — assembled in order into a short document you can read. Dates that describe when a database was indexed rather than when something happened are left out.
Findings outlive their sources. The response behind each record is preserved as received and filed under the SHA-256 of its own bytes, so a citation is still checkable after the page is amended, moved or taken down — and anyone holding the case can verify the copy has not been altered.
It refuses to guess about identity. Records merge only on a strong identifier, or on a compound as identifying as one. A shared name and city is a question for a human, not a merge.
Agreement is counted by source, not by website. Two sites reading one register are one piece of evidence, and are scored as one.
Negative results are reported. A source that returned nothing is recorded as such, so silence is never mistaken for absence.
Every request is auditable. URL, timestamp, status and the basis on which it was permitted.

Scope and limits

Not a consumer report. Output must not be used for employment, tenant, credit or insurance decisions, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Those determinations require a consumer reporting agency; this is not one.

It contains no motor-vehicle records (DPPA) and no financial-institution records (GLBA), performs no pretexting, circumvents no paywall or access control, and solves no CAPTCHAs. Public records are often stale or attached to the wrong person — every material finding is verified independently before it is relied on.

Access

Accept the terms and you have access. Accounts are rate-limited, every search is logged against the account that ran it, and access is withdrawn for any use the acceptable use policy prohibits.
